Who are eligible to become tourist police officers and what skills are needed? 리스트 접기

  • - Any police officer affiliated with the Seoul, Busan, or Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency can become a tourist police officer, but he/she needs to have a certain level of foreign language conversation skills since tourist police officers directly come into contact with foreign tourists.
  • - Detailed requirements for selection are different among the metropolitan police agencies, but an interview is commonly conducted to evaluate a police officer’s foreign language skills when tourist police officers are selected.
